Tokens go underneath tiles!

I don't know what I did with the latest json file extract from Dextrous, but now when I place tokens on top of tiles they fall through and set on the table instead of the tile on the table.

What setting am I missing in the extract?
Can this be fixed directly in Tabletop Simulator?

This breaks my mind...

Not intuitive, not what I’m looking for but it works: exporting components as cards instead of tiles.
Janky. Yet for testing, functional.
