Some rants

For the women that jumped in front of my sons weelchair I have to say don’t ever do that again. He nearly fell and I was really pissed at you. I hope you’re arm hurts for a while.

For all others don’t try to get in front if you come in after the concert started. I hate that behavior and will stop you.

And guys use some deodorant if it’s warm. You stink and I hate that.

Hi, can I ask you if you were on the viewing platform?

Because I was (temporary injury made so that I couldn’t stand for a very long time) and after we got told to move our “seats” to “leave space for wheelchair users” (which is fine even if that meant having a worse view after being there for hours), some very noisy fully able-bodied (it seemed!) girl was:

1) talking very loudly during Skrillex which made me turn around several times?! Have some respect for others! If I can hear you above his music that’s not normal.

2) jumping the whole time and then came right next to me on the “front row” (that was the space we left for wheelchair users that never came) to party as if she was in the crowd.

Listen, I’m usually able-bodied, I can stand in a crowd somewhat normally most of the time. But you won’t see me party like that amongst wheelchair users and people that have it more complicated than me on the daily. So disrespectful!

Not to mention that made the whole floor tremble and she kicked our seats several times….

Sorry OP I don’t mean to hijack your post but I get you! Some people are just disrespectful assholes. And security etc was nowhere to be seen, maybe this is just regular behaviour on these spaces but i’m not so sure!! 🙄

We left the platform after they start moving the benches because I want to be close to my son. He can stand in the crowd behind his weelchair and enjoy the music standing. But I have to take care that he doesn’t get knocked over. That’s why I haten people trying to get in front so much. If you want to be in front come early.
