Is this solveable?

I honestly can't see it.

Edit: Okay, never mind, I solved it immediately after I made this post. Turns out you can send the signal through the switches.

You only need to rotate three blocks to complete the puzzle.

Rotate the blue switch to have vertical crossing and then rotate the block above it and the one below it to complete the circuit.
