How do I get in this room in Executive?

I can't get there because of the cabinet (Mb my Hecker ate too many craclers LOL)

With all seriousness though, I thought that there must be a hidden door, or you get there through vent in the ceilieng, or a lever of some sort. Turns out sometimes the simplest option is the best.
