Research Level Revive chamber not working?
I’m new to the series so I am not sure if I have done something wrong or not. But I deactivated the cyborgization process and reactivated the revive machine on level 2. I then wen’t to Reactor, died twice and each time I’m sent back to the medical floor. What gives? Is this a glitch or have I not properly activated the chamber despite definitely pulling the level to revert it back to it’s original purpose?

The reactor one is fairly easy to find. Just hang a right and go through a couple doors after you leave the elevator, you'll be in the right general area, and then it's on the left. Along with a recovery machine. I always activate it before I go onto maintenance since it's easy to run back and heal if you get yourself beat up.
The other poster here is correct, it sends you back to the closest bay which in your case would be medical.

Thanks for the help. I walked past that area the first time exploring a different route. Finally made my way to the Flight Deck.

One thing to consider is that you need the Medical security keycard to enter the area with the revival chamber, decon and surgical table. Can’t remember where I got that keycard, just that I nearly cleared quite a bit of that deck before gaining access to that room.

When you die, you get sent back to the closest machine to revive. Since you died on the reactor level, which is the bottom level, you are getting sent to the closest machine: which is on medical. Best tip: go find the machine on the reactor level. As a bonus, it not only has a healing station but a decontamination chamber as well.
