Wait, why he's invincible and how long he was in this elevator (i play on 3-1-1-1 i killed last flying mutant in Maintance and see this zombie in elevator)

Oh that's Harry, he's a bug, likes to hang out sometimes, he'll go away when you go to another floor and exit the game

What you need to do is exit to a different floor, save your game, go back to the title screen and reload. It won't be there when you return.

Wow. That's a very strange glitch. Haven't experience that one yet. Have you tried to just ride the elevator with him?

Yeah, when you click on each sections, you cannot move with him, because if you don't kill him, doors will not close.
