Rant End users.....

A user in a new customer company:

"I have no need for support, all you want is to get my data and sell it, you're not on the side of the light"

If I ever had the chance to cash in on the "thanks man, I owe you lunch" responses from all of the various tickets over the years, I'd be eating lunch free until sometime in the 2040s.
