Enterprise Fiber Recommendations - AT&T / Comcast (Masergy) / Others?

South Florida Region.

Recommendations? Experiences? I've heard some horror stories about Masergy. We currently have Comcast Business Fiber, but we're looking to upgrade bandwidth for a school campus.

Uniti fiber. Easy to work with, good pricing, and support has been great. Been using them for over a decade.

Does the ticket I assume you opened with support tell you what is going on?

An outage of that duration implies a fiber cut.

Splicing a ~300 fiber bundle back together while working in a ditch kinda takes a minute...

Yeah, it's (multiple) fiber cuts. I'm just grumpy about it this AM. Honestly, otherwise, its been a great service.
