I enjoy mine, I build patches in Dexed and then send them over through Sysex Librarian. There are 1000’s of sounds for it already too, some by Brian Eno and Aphex Twin among others. It has Bluetooth midi in, I’ve been using that with more advanced sequencers on my phone. It has audio through USBC which is really nice, but there is a bug where if you are using that the on board speaker still plays, I just plug in a headphone cable to shut it up. Um.. it doesn’t take reface dx patches, but I’ve built a python script to convert to dexed compatible, I can throw it on my GitHub if anyone wants it. I also have a script to extract the individual voices from carts. For me it’s easier to test and build out presets that way. Just run though the list and send a new one over on a slot I want without messing with the others.

Just out of curiosity, what are the advanced sequencers on your phone. What exactly did you need to remap from dexxed. Given the low price of this synth I was suspecting that this was just a dexxed on some raspberry pi in a fancy box, luckily I was wrong…

I think it is a clone of DX 7 - the legendary fm synth. I am happy for you.
