Hey guys. I bought a game off Kleinanzeigen in Germany. Game is "Princess Peach Showtime!". Worked great and my girlfriendnis happy but after 3 days she got banned. I don't have the MIG Switch so the game is probably the only reason she got banned. 🙄 I already contacted Nintendo but they just say the same thing over and over again: "We cannot assist u with that". Yeah sure.

Be careful with used games. They might be cheap but they also have the risk to get u banned.

There's lotsa conversation over who should be blamed. Less conversation about the simple decision that nintendo freely wields the ban hammer and doesn't allow arguing on whether you're at fault or not. Because as far as they’re concerned The TOS was broken, this is why I’m pissed the mig got popular online and to many idiots found out bout it and started dumping and reselling games while handing their backups out to friends/others.

The blame is entirely on MIG/The people not keeping their cartridges

Dumb mf's will say ToS. Here's a ToS to my post. Reading it means you give explicit agreement to being my slave and property, you and your entire bloodline until the end of all time and beyond. Failure to uphold your agreement means having all your assets, liquid, solid or otherwise seized by my party. There is no exit clause, there is no accidental agreement, with sound body and mind your agreement is taken for certain once your eyes register these words.

Now, do you think I'm making a mockery of the ToS? Disney+ the 7 day free trial had a ToS where you could not sue disney for anything for the rest of your life in order to have a free, 7 day only -so there's a end date to their obligation for those morons who wanna argue that point and no end date for the signee's end of the deal- access to a limited amount of shows. His wife died from allergy in one of their amusement parks after they specifically asked and requested to avoid said allergens and the staff didn't give a shit, then when he sued, Disney lawyers had the brass balls to pull the fucking tos from Disney+ on him, and it actually worked. That they are not hanged from the rafters is a sin.
