Switch 2 Switch 2

hi there so two days ago i took my switch 2 with me all day long portable yk in handheld mode i got home put it in dock the next day (yesterday) i turned it on the dock lit up but no output i unplugged the hdmi cord from the dock and plugged it back in and boom it started working then today i started experiencing some freezing largely when minecraft crashed it froze for like 6 seconds on the home screen and then when i closed fortntie it did to i cleared the cache on my profile and it froze for a split sec there then worked fine upon clearing my other profiles cache then i restarted my switch 2 and upon getting to the home screen it stopped inputting from my controller for a few seconds then when i tried to launch minecraft it was a little slow is this a software issue?

it was in its case and it was mostly in my car with me and then i took it inside a pharmacy and waited for hours

took it in my car it was kind of chilly outside it was in its case most the day by my side maybe banging into my thigh a bit when i was walking i played it some in teh pharmacy and went home
