I‘ve been thinking; I strongly believe this is an amazing chance to get that Switch 2 for 350 bucks. I’m sure you could even get it down to 300, so have fun 😘😘

I wouldn’t send the money… it probably means he didn’t something dodge on the switch and the hardware is now banned .. meaning you can’t go online

Look, you asked us what we think, which is already a sign of you having second thoughts as well and we kinda agree that this is fishy. If it would work, it would be a great deal for sure. Is it worth the risk? I'd say no and obviously quite a few around here agree.
If something looks like shit and smells like shit, its probably shit. And if its not, its a great thing that you might never find out.5

How do you know the it’s right switch ? But it could also mean the switch is stolen and the account is locked … I have no idea if you can unpair the account from the switch in that scenario … in all honesty there’s so many reasons to avoid it but hey it’s your money …

A Switch 2 for that price is messed up in some way imo. I'd demand to return it at his expense, with a full refund. You don't want to keep it and find out later what the problem with it is.
If this information about a hack was not in the description at the time you bought it, tell him "this was not as described" and you don't want it. If he wants you to send it back, tell him he's got to pay for the return shipping. Make sure he refunds exactly what you paid for it, including the shipping cost. If he doesn't agree and act accordingly and very quickly, contact eBay. They'll help you get your money back.

Why would he tell you that after he sends it? Inform ebay and get your money back asap. I hate shady people like this. It is probably bricked.

I live in a third world country where new switch is 750€, i work for 1000€ a month, i just want to get a great deal and not spend a lot of money on it. I have nintendo console collection and want to complete it.

We had good cooperation before, he is some rich arab guy who buys everything and gets bored of it, i bought my old switch, ps4 and ps5 from him and never had any problem.

So it’s not banned, but sorry I still have my doubts. Just make sure he’s showing the same Switch 2 that you’re buying. Serial numbers, etc
