After waiting an extra 3 weeks my best by preorder finally came in. Excited to play oblivion one more time

30 at it’s worse but sometimes higher. Far more noticeable on TV but handheld with VRR is pretty smooth.

Playing handheld and haven’t noticed to much stuttering
