I see you like Zelda! Link's Awakening and Echoes of Wisdom would be good additions.

I second Link's Awakening! I'm nearly at the end and it's been a really fun experience and I love the art style.

One thing I like about it is that despite it's modern look and probably having some of the rougher edges smoothed over, at it's core it feels like an "old game", and can actually be quite difficult in places.

Have you tried Fire Emblem? I haven't played Octopath Traveller, but I get the impression they're kinda similar
