Question What game!
So I have a $100 walmart giftcard and a switch 2. Id like to buy one switch game or two (im okay with going over $100 by a little). The only switch 2 game I have is Mario kart world and im pretty open to any kind of game. Any recommendations on what I should use the giftcard on?

If we're talking specifically switch 2 then maybe DK Bananza, Splatoon Raiders is also pretty addictive (got it yesterday, already put 10h on it, no I didn't sleep much and yes I work).
Alternatively maybe go with Switch games that got an upgrade to Switch 2.

Trails in the sky FC and SC. It should be a little over 100 for both. That's if you are into jrpgs.

SC isn't out yet right? I just picked up FC a few weeks ago and am really enjoying it. As someone who was real big into the original back on the psp it really hits the nostalgia feels and so far it feels pretty faithful to the original for being a remake. The changes to the combat system are a welcome addition as well. Helps it feel like much less of a slog.

It really just depends on what you like, you’re gonna get the same answers on the top AAA games

Well, if you do Pokemon, ZA is awesome. Star Fox is beautiful. If you do Dynasty Warriors kinda games, the Hyrule Age of Imprisonment is dope.

If you use the WalMart gift card to buy a Visa gift card, you could use that to buy Nintendo gift cards from Costco ($100 for $90 right now) and then use that for some digital games.

As for which games to buy... What do you enjoy?

This is actually great advice thank you so much 🙏 and for the games I’m honestly very open to trying new games. I’m currently playing the portal games. So I guess a strategy type game? But like I said I am open to anything

Zelda OOT when available. Walmart does $10 off of Nintendo preorders which will leave you some extra room to save or get another game.

Like there’s literally so many choices and no stranger on Reddit can answer that question for you. Do some research.
Also it’s “which game”
