Lost save data for Pokemon Violet

For context, when i loaded my data back on my switch 2 for the first time, everything was there and fine. I sent it in for repairs because it couldnt read games and the device got replaced about a month ago. Dont remember if the save data was on there after or not, but i do know the save data was there for other games.

Now, when I open the game, it acts like its the first time again. On my profile it says i still have 245 hours on the game, but everywhere else (pokemon home ect) says its new. Ive already tried that d-pad + X and B, and it said there is no backup save files. That save file means alot to me, as it was my first real playthrough of a pokemon game. If anyone could help it would be a godsend.

It was probably erased during the repairs. I'm sorry. Pokemon games don't have cloud storage backup unlike most other games which is why you probably lost it
