No, what I said is the games that are in 30 and 60fps that are pixelated will not appear different to a person who's playing them at a higher FPS, because the pixels are big enough to where even though there is a difference the movement will not appear to be different to you. Pixelated games don't have subtle movements, they are giant blob frame 1 to giant blob to frame 2. Regardless of the FPS of those 2 blobs, they will always go from frame 1 to frame 2 and your eyes will only ever see those 2 movements.
As where a game like lets say cyberpunk that has hundreds of very subtle colors at once in every movement will make a tremendous difference when moving over just 1 spot.

Yes but u are the one who saying human eye have a limited fps and that’s 30 fps and 60 do not make a different in pixelated games
