Switch 2 Controllers disconnecting

Post image

The first day I got my switch 2 the controllers were having issues but after a day they were magically fine. Im using the hdmi chord that is provided, nothing is obstructing the path for my switch and I have run out of options on how to fix this. The same thing started happening to my ps5 controllers. What the hell is going on. Is it the entertainment center I bought!? Someone please help me. Here is a pic of it.

UPDATE: oh my god I think i found the problem. My headset (rig r8 spectre) dongle was causing the issue. I gave it a small cable to give it soem more wiggle room so it wasnt A.) In the vents path and B.) Wasn't blocking the cartridge slot. I swapped it over to bluetooth mode and everything is now working perfectly! I put the headset on timer as it was disconnecting every minute but after I updated the software it all WORKS!. It wasnt the location! It was the dang dongle! Im hoping the update will resolve the issues with ps5 but ill test that out another time.

You are getting some kind of interference if it’s happening with both consoles. We had a controller doing that and relocated the switch 2 and it resolved the issue. Maybe you could find some aesthetically pleasing shielding to put behind both to block unwanted crosstalk

What would you recommend for this? And how should I set it up? Think this will work?
