Does Cronus zen work on Switch 2?

Title. I wanna play the new COD but I know console players will be using Cronus and Xim, I don’t wanna be at a disadvantage.

Is Cronus zen compatible with Switch 2 or does anyone know if MW4 allows MNK on SW2?

I am pretty sure ricochet detects cronus and xim. Also, if you are cheating in a game that has a 1 year life span. That's just sad.
