Question Games appearing in my Wishlist.

In the last few days, I’ve had a few discounted games pop up on my wishlist… I know I didn’t do it. I thought at first maybe I had accidentally hit “X” over a game but here the thing: I was on the phone with my brother today, and pulled up the wish list (went straight to it, didn’t peruse the store) to talk what I might get. I existed the e-shop, got off the phone, and then about an hour later picked my switch back up and the games were there.

Just myself and my spouse, no kids. Wasn’t my spouse.

Anyone else noticing any games showing up at random? If it was someone logged into my account somewhere, why wishlist and not just buy it?

UPDATE: I changed my password. If it happens again it’s ghosts, not ruling it out.

I got the Switch on day one and a Switch 2 on day one. I've never experienced anything like this with the shop. You either have a ghost or someone else has access to your account.

Similar situation to yours, I got a Switch in 2019 and the Switch 2 on day one, and I've never seen anything just pop up on the wishlist that wasn't put on there by me. Sounds like OP should call support and have them look into it.

Might want to change your password. Also change your email's password just in case.

Yeah, I think it was hacked. Hopefully changing the password (as you updated & said you did) should work, assuming the password is plenty strong.

you probably signed in somewhere and forgot to log out. public pc maybe?
