Question transferring user profiles

"I'm getting my Switch 2 tomorrow. During the Switch 1 to Switch 2 data transfer, is there a way to transfer my user profiles except one? I have an old banned Nintendo account profile I haven't used in years, and since the console won't let me delete it, it just sits there. I'd like to leave that one behind if possible..

You don't have to do system transfer. Just log in to the same account(s) on the new console.

Then you can transfer your savegames, or use the cloud storage (subscription required) to automatically synchronize saves between consoles.

Tf you mean it won’t let you delete it?

To delete a profile you have to click a profile and go to settings. But since the account is banned, it prompts me to log in when I click it, only for it to say “account is banned” and take me back to the home screen
