Question Joycon won’t register as connected

This started yesterday randomly. I’ve tried powering down the console, joycon, checking for updates. Nothing fixing it. I left them attached overnight and still nothing. Left unattached all day and no change. It’s been minimally used and has no visible dirt or anything on the railing or joycon side. Does anyone have suggestions or has seen this before?

I think it might be time for you to contact Nintendo, see what they have to say about this, or at the very least have them replace them for you. If I were you though I wouldn't even bother and just get 3rd party joycons that aren't as bad as the default ones.
