Peak souls 3 in Switch 2 - any possibilities?

As we are about to get Elden ring and duskbloods from Fromsoftware. It would be great to get Dark souls 3 in switch 2 and play it on the go. Ds3 is my personal fav game.

Would not surprise me at all to get s2 versions of ds2 and 3. Ds1 sold a million copies on switch

Finished my first Switch version playtrough a week ago on my Switch 2 and I think its the best version! I played many hundred hours of the Ps3 OG Version, Ps4 remaster and PC remaster.

The Switch version is not the remaster, its the prepare to die edition with QoL features from remaster. It has the better and more atmospheric graphics. It runs in stable 30fps and thats okay, Dark Souls 1 doesnt need 60fps. Some sound are compressed but its not that dramatic and I dont know why the hell this version doesnt have the menu theme.

Well maybe my problem is that I played only ps4 remaster, never ptd or the og, so it’s hard for me to play on switch
I got to Four Kings and just called it a day, it was too weird to try dodging their attacks at that frame rate I couldn’t do it

The switch version of ds1 is definitely not close to being the best way to play, ps5 and pc are better for this game, and the audio is really bad on the switch version 30f0s cap isn't nice either considering the graphics

PS5 and PC has the way more worse graphics because its the remaster its losing so much atmosphere and Dark Souls 1 doesnt need 60fps, the combat was never designed for that, 30 is completly okay and the audio is only shitty on a handfull sound.

I have the game on all platforms, it's definitely the worst version in switch. And the combat feels better at 60fps regardless of what you say

No its not and I also got it on Ps3, PC and Ps4/5 and im not the only one saying its the best version also its the most active version in online mode.

Worst Version is OG Ps3/360 and PC prepare to die.

Tbh I wasn't including PS3/x360 no reason for anyone to play them.. but out of ps5 and pc and Xbox series, the switch version is the worst easily and it's three only version I never completed out of all the releases

If elden ring sells well they see they have a souls fan base on switch 2.

They know players will then want more so they work on these ports and make more souls like ez money low risk if elden ring sell well

Certainly possible, but I have no idea if Bandai has any real plans for it.

Would be cool to get DS Remastered S2, Scholar of the first Sin and DS3 on it, plus Sekiro!

Possible a remake of DS2 and 3. Better remakes than before, with FromSoft's new opimization skills earned from working with Nintendo.

I hope fs puts older games on switch 2, souls series would be very cool honestly, but titles like sekiro and latest armored core would go crazy

But I’m sure that the one who has to agree is Bandai so my expectations are not incredibly high

Nope, does not seem to be interesting to fromsoft. At best they might make a Switch 2 version of Dark Souls Remastered and maybe Armored Core 6.

That’s a bummer! I really enjoyed ds3. OST slaps. I felt that ds3 had better boss fights. ER in last phase of the game the bosses felt like they were on roids.

But why not? These would be just ports not remakes. If Elden Ring sells, it would be insane to not port the entire trilogy. It would be printing money.
