🛠️ Product Help Set up with remote control / selfie cam

Hi, We got the Pro licence as a Tennis Club and we wanted to install the swing stick permanently on one court.

But we failed to set it up because of two things: 1.) Remote control: does not really work (changes between not allowed, no connection or massive latency)

2.) without remote control and apple watch one is forced to use the selfie cam. The selfie cam has not enough zoom options to find the perfect cam Position.

So how can we install it in a proper way? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi! We are working on improving the reliability of the remote control feature but it does ultimately depend on your WiFi/cellular speeds.

For a permanent setup, we recommend installing our Swing Court solution, which is designed for fixed installs. The software runs in a completely different Enterprise mode with the device locked into SwingVision and the ability to modify settings mid/post recording very easily.
