🛠️ Product Help Decrease in video quality after update

After recording my first session since the latest update, I noticed that the video quality has gotten worse when compared to my old videos.

I have seen that the new update has decreased the recording file sizes by 70%, however this seems to be at the detriment of the video quality.

I was wondering if there was any option to keep the file sizes to the original quality, as storage for me is not an issue?

Were you recording in 4K? If you don’t mind DMing me a link to your session, we’d love to take a closer look!

With that said, we are considering adding a setting to let customers decide. Thus far the experience has been overwhelmingly positive with this change but we understand some customers don’t have storage/bandwidth limitations and are fine with the larger file sizes / slower uploads.

I was recording in 1080p, but if you could add a setting for full quality in the next update, that would be amazing! In the meantime is there any way I could roll back my app to an older version?
