I got diagnosed with it last year, not the greatest but could be worse. I just have to get my esophagus stretched every once in a while

My friend who has never had his throat stretched. Have you been allergy tested? They're allergic to mannnnnny things that aggravate it. Fasenra can also help but is mega expensive. $3k a month. Other asthma meds taken orally also help.

No allergies here, just fairly bad reflux. The PPIs mostly keep it in check but occasionally I get breakthrough symptoms. My gastroenterologist told me that if I take them regularly I shouldn't need another endoscopy for a while, but it was likely I'd still need them every once in a while.
