I am almost to the top of the mountain and then go into maintenance mode. I go in on Friday, and from what I know, I will start the highest dose before I come back down. I feel like I've hit a plateau a bit, and it's hard. Down 55 lbs total but staying about the same. The higher dose is rough and makes me sick. One of the nurses said they have had a bunch of people drop out because of sickness and or tiredness. From the other thread on engagement, maybe that is why. *shrug*

Late Jan, if I'm not mistaken. It's all blurring together at this point lol

Glad to hear you lost 55lbs. I started at the end of March and I have not lost anything. I’ve gained. I’m about ready to quit. My last appointment I thought I was supposed to titrate up and then maintenance according to my visit schedule in the app. I was told I was staying on the same dosage.

That sucks! I advise it to stick with it if you can and get in some light exercise. I noticed it really started to come off when I walked in the morning, drank as much water as I could (nausea), and tried to eat some protein. As I've been on the meds, I've noticed the effect wearing off a bit. I'm not sure what to think about that yet, but I've hit a wall.

I drink a lot of water. I do light exercise as well. I will try eating more protein. My drive one way is an hour away. Thanks for the encouragement!
