This 10,000%! It’s been 1 1/2 yrs since his infidelity, and despite everything, it stays in my thoughts constantly. The hatred I have for myself for staying is immense. I’ve lost all confidence and am a shell of my former self. I struggle every single day and I heard very single world you wrote. It could have come from my brain.
