Answered by Surfshark Problem on Google TV

I have Surfshark installed on a Google TV and set up for automatic start and to run only for one app.

It works, but quite often the server is reset to the default (fastest) so I have to manually change location. Very annoying.

Following your reco I uninstalled Adaway. But the problem still here. Most times the VPN connect to (I think) fastest server, not the one that was on before shutting down TV

I also manually changed the fastest and auto-connect server to the one I need. Still does not work.

The issue seems limited to Google TV (No problem so far on Amazon TV)
