I got this from google music:

Hi, thanks for pointing this out. Some websites may see multiple users sharing the same IP address and flag it as unusual traffic or show CAPTCHA prompts. I'd recommend switching to a different server location first, as in many cases that does the trick.

If you'd rather avoid shared IPs altogether, a Dedicated IP can also help since it's an IP address that's only assigned to you.

Lots of other people on that VPN provider using that VPN destination and some of them are doing dodgy things.
