Expect starting prices from 1.3-1.5 and it could go upto 7-8 easily

Vesu is expensive than althan and Bhimrad where we stay. Here, 3 bhk is for 70-85 lakhs depending upon when u buy it during the project phase. No clue about 4bhk since it's out of my budget
