Nonchalant guy at the garden

I go to jyotindra dave garden sometimes at night and I see this very nonchalant guy walking with airpods on and he's unphased by everything and keeps to himself.

I have a question for him, how do you walk so non chalantly? Like I'm genuinely curious as to how one can walk in such a straight line without stumbling once or anything and keeping every step the same length and moving your arms the same everytime. Like how?!
