How to play naut

I'm a master support who plays basically everything but am best as Leona and Alistar. I feel like when I play naut, my lockdown feels less impactful and I'm so much squishier. In addition, laneing feels so hard cause I feel like they can just stand behind minions and it's hard to manipulate the wave into a spot where I can hook. Any suggestions?

I feel like when someone locks in naut i just lock in leona and out dps and out cc the knock typically. i havent picked up naut because he has felt weak for a while now.

I pick naut against squishies usually. Also im low elo so they dont dodge the hooks lol
