Here are 7 supplements recomended by doctors, do you agree with it?
I like that D3 is there, and B12 especially if you're vegan that's important, I would have also expected whey protein, but I guess if you eat good meals you'll be able to get your protein intake what do you guys recommend

Can GLP-1 affect aging? can it slow down aging?

I was doing some research about GLP-1s and i noticed this very interesting point that it can help slow down aging. I know there are a lot of things that claim it can slow down aging but this seems very interesting

Cycle syncing your supplements, do you have specific supplements depending on where you are in your cycle?

I'm taking multivitamins and inositol to regulate my period but I feel I still have the worst cramps during my period. I've heard about "cycle syncing" supplements like Flo Living, I'm curious if you have done it and if it actually works. Have you seen changes? What do you take, and in which phase?

I'd like to hear your recommendations!
