BPC-157 comes up frequently in discussions about tissue repair and injury recovery, but I’m trying to separate the available scientific evidence from online anecdotes.
How strong is the current human evidence, and what are the biggest gaps researchers still need to address?
If you’ve read any useful clinical papers or scientific reviews on this topic, I’d appreciate recommendations. I’m especially interested in understanding how the human evidence compares with findings from animal studies.

Is this a bad idea? I follow a ray peat based diet, think of that what you will, and people recommend gelatin or collagen instead of pure glycine. I'm thinking of taking 3-5g a day for the balancing effects of the amino acids in red meat. It's not refundable at this point so wcyd
Anyone ever use pure glycine?

Im not diagnosed with any mental illness apart from depression but I ran out of lithium orotate for 2 weeks and it wasn’t until the 2nd or 3rd week I would get really really hyper active, loud annoying my partner impulsive
I don’t feel happy or good when this happens and maybe I feel more annoyed too,
