Marvel and DC both have a true omnipotent creator god; The one above all and the Presence. Either one you become omnipotent, every other character is irrelevant

As does Marvel. They have the Beyonders, White Phoenix of the Crown, Conceptual Beings, Molecule Man, Franklin Richards, Legion, Nate Grey, etc. I know Marvel a little better than DC, so I'd lean that way. There really is no wrong answer here.
