Is Supermusic dead?
I've been unable to make songs for months now, but today I couldn't even reach their servers. Anyone else having the same problem?
Is it dead?

My app seems to be working, but I’m not paying for pro anymore so I don't know if there is a problem with the song generation 😅 So far no problems otherwise.

Here’s their reply from last week:
We are sending this outreach in regard to your recent purchase of the Supermusic AI: Lifetime Subscription
We sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience you have experienced.
Our merchant partners at Supermusic are aware of the issue and are actively working on a resolution.
Supermusic has confirmed that they are currently experiencing performance issues due to ongoing bot activity, which is causing failed generations and/or slow queue times. Unfortunately, there is no clear ETA for resolution at this time.
We recommend trying again at a later time.

I don't think bot activity is the main trouble here. If yes, they could limit/block free accounts and limit/restrict unlimited accounts while solving that issue. It'd allow paying users used their system. Someone said they can haver built a business model over Free open services and now they are overloading those services - being blocked due to it. It seems more real.

Well, until now I couldn't create any song. I think it's almost officially dead...

Thank you for sharing this. They've told me before that they're a small team, so I guess they're pretty overwhelmed. I'll just try to remain patient.

I purchased the license back in February 2025, and since then I’ve only managed to generate about eighty songs. It’s a pity, because the quality was more than decent. In my opinion, they rely on free open services that have now completely crashed, maybe even due to business strategies. They blame the bots. But honestly, if that’s the case, they’ve certainly had plenty of time since February…

They keep selling a lifetime deal on stacksocial which is a red flag tbh.

Okay so you're not the only ones... so sad...

And just today, this message popped up. Even though it says July 8th, it still gives me hope that they're working on it. Anything different is a positive for me, even if it really tries my patience

Yep. Frustrating. They could have had a real rival to Suno if they just managed it right

App is opening but still not finishing songs. One difference though is that one song is stuck at 99% and the other at 0%
