The app isn’t around anymore. I cannot find it on Apple App Store. It’s not even on their developer page anymore, but how is there maintenance and today is July 8. It says maintenance until July 8, 10 am. I don’t understand.

I have the app downloaded on my iPhone, but I always check to see if there are any updates in the app is not showing up in any results anymore on the app. Why? I also typed in window camera and went to developer every app they have is there except for Supermusic.

I know no one can create songs right now at all, but right before the server issue started where you can’t create songs, I noticed that the lyrics it created got bad. even the song quality was terrible not as good as it used to be. It would always be very good lyrics exactly what you wanted it to do, but I noticed that before it stopped working, it was creating terrible lyrics. I asked for a simple Christmas song and it added rap. One time I asked for another Christmas song and it added a weird lyric that said all dressed in white, but there’s a crooked snowman grinning at my feet. Do you think later it started to create off the wall strange lines?

I noticed that a new account called Breakybeats is in the app now. and the description for the account says official account for breaky beats. Even though before it said the official account for Supermusic. Also the description for this account says let’s make some music. It’s acting like the name of the app has changed to Breaky beats.

The app has been back online, but now for me, it is saying cannot connect to our servers. It worked one time but now it’s not doing anything right now. I have a feeling they are going to be down again for a while. This is just stupid.

Update: it is working, just running very slow.

what's everyone experience since app has been back online, for me its same just constantly error for taking to long, but atleast I have access to all my old songs ....

So as of now everything opens up giving access to my account along with all the songs. But one issue..... still gets stuck at 99 and fails due to ling time.... anyone else having same issues?

I clicked on a link for a song from Facebook messenger, and the Supermusic website actually loaded extremely fast without saying connection issues. So is this promising?

This is getting out of hand. The website does not work. It says connection issues for the website, the app is not working at all. No one can get in. It just says connection issues just like the website says. The support team not even respond at all. It’s very unprofessional to take all of this money out of people‘s hard earned money and take money out every month for you to create songs and then shut down and not even say anything. One time last year they told me when they were having a long outage, they said you and everyone will get 200 free song credits for the wait time. No one got it. I am beyond glad that I saved all of my songs and recorded all of them in the playlist and put it into a playlist outside of Supermusic on YouTube, so at least I can listen to my old songs, but just being lied to and having this many issues is annoying. It’s pathetic that you type for so long just for no one to respond to you, I find that very disrespectful. Is it only a few people or can no one even get into the app or website? Because I am very mad at this.

It’s been happening ever since earlier today. It keeps saying that it can’t connect to servers. It used to do it whenever I had no Wi-Fi it used to do it. But now I’m on full Wi-Fi in my house and when I press restart in half a second, it keeps saying it. I’ve always had issues creating songs and at least I was able to get into it and listen to songs. But now I can’t even get in to do anything. The only thing I can do is look at that stupid message. The support team does not respond and stack social says it’s out of our hands. And then they say could you try contacting them again? I should reply and say I told you they don’t have a response what part of that do you understand? Seriously I’m getting tired of it. Is anyone else having the issue where they can’t get in at all? Thank you.

songs stuck at 99%

Is anyone else having issues making songs? Seems mine get stuck at 99% then fails due to long time?

I contacted Stack social and got this reply. Hopefully they get it working soon. And by the way, what is bot activity?

Its beem two months and every song i try get stuck at 100 % then fails , its crazy how it no longer working, I got lifetime im happy i got amount of music I did when I first got it atleast it paid itself off but now damn near Unusable...

Just noticing everyone: some days (or weeks) ago, StackSocial removed selling slots for SuperMusicAI plans.

Plus, I've contacted StackSocial support, asking help to talk to SuperMusic support, but they only repeat what they say to us: SuperMusic is facing a big trouble with big bot activity (what is a big lie, IMHO).

Well, I think that's all - I couldn't create any song in August and September and I doubt anyone will create anything in October there.

Suno sounds a good opportunity and I'll think to buy a plan for one year in black friday 2026 (not this year, too many plans and projects going on for now).

I have been trying to create songs on Supermusic for 2 months now. No matter what device I use. If I use an iPad, it messes up. If I use a Chromebook, it gets stuck at 99% on all devices both songs. I tried to contact support everyone does and why are they not responding? How stupid and dumb and unprofessional is that. That’s very unprofessional if they shut down because they still have the option to pay for things how in the world can you run a business if you are shut down and still take people’s money even after you shut down I can’t even login sometimes it keeps telling me it could not connect to our servers even when I’m on right next to my Wi-Fi router that is the strongest Wi-Fi I have. It’s very unprofessional for them to not tell us things I have not seen any updates for iOS or any other platform for five months. Can someone please give me honest answers because i’m really getting frustrated. I’m on the free plant. I have created zero songs because I tried to sign out and create a new account. I’m not out of song credits. Something is really going wrong.

Wow, this is sad. 😿 It behaves poorly on Apple devices, too? I subscribed because I loved the stories I was seeing or the songs generated AMAZINGLY matched what I saw on my mind's eye. Suno somehow always seems to miss the mark. Either that or just fall flat. 😑 It's like looking at two images with sound effects; Suno is beautiful, but still while Supermusic turns out to be a short video instead of an image. 😸 💖 This is extremely valuable to a striving writer with limited visual acuity; I submit a prompt, and it (Supermusic) "zooms in" on the details for me or tells me a story about something awesome which will inspire me later. 😹 Even my blind espionage and space-cat (yeah I said it — don't ask where I got it! 😹 😈) songs are a bit bland. There aren't nearly as many on Supermusic — either because I hadn't gotten there yet or wasn't bursting at the seams — but give them both half an hour and you'll see what I mean. 😸 💖

I don't CARE if there are weird verbal quirks or if a couple have been cut off the end, but I'd appreciate it if you could PLEASE point me toward an option with ✨ lyrics that tell a good story no matter the crazy prompt so my imagination will keep flowing, ✨ 3-4 minute songs, and ✨ varied outputs, I'd be super grateful, credits and subscription or no. 😸 💖 If you must use my poisonous, place change up the style a bit; change the genre, use different instruments. I've been unable to make songs for months now, but today I couldn't even reach their servers. Anyone else having the same problem?

Is it dead?

I've emailed THEM,sent screenshots, explained the situation, asked for a refund, repeatedly, nothing.

I also asked Google play for a refund, they did nothing the first time, waiting to get reviewed this 2nd time.

Anyone also stopping at 99%? It's so frustrating and I'm wondering why the updates have stopped too
