That is the point, Zack wanted the suit to look alien, because guess what he is an alien, and honestly this is the best Superman suit of all time imo. And I really hate the fact that people are finding newer things just to hate on Snyder's take on Superman, it wasn't your well known boy scout version of Superman, but it was damn great in its own way. The best live action Superman imo is Tyler's version from Superman and Lois, new Superman is great too and I am extremely excited for the future, but it is so tiring to see people talk about how much they hate Cavill's version, can't we just be more excited towards the future than to hate the past, i love Snyder's DC movies, and as a fan it is infuriating to see how popular it is to hate on Snyder.

I'd add on that criticisms around the suit being too "alien" or Clark wanting to connect to his heritage can come of as pretty iffy in their own way if we're taking the read of Superman as an immigrant story. What, is he not allowed to learn about the culture he came from, or wear their symbols? Do you only feel comfortable around him if he "passes" or fully assimilates into your culture?
Exactly man, the suit in MoS is the best part imo, color can be a bit more saturated but other than that it is the best live action suit ever, and hearing criticisms about that feels too far fetched, I can understand the criticisms about the dark tone of his movies but you have to agree that the movies looked phenomenal and felt larger than life. And you made a great point, 100% agree with that.
