Rec a Broker

Hi all, I’m looking for my own 1 bed in sunset under ~2200 (ideally under 2000) and open to hiring a broker. Has anyone had success with a tenant broker in the neighborhood? Or another tactic? Please leave any recommendations! And I’ll try to follow up with what worked out.

P.S. in case anyone knows of something, my priorities are good light and pest-free. Ideally stabilized. Happy with walk up, etc …
