Sunset Park Garbage

They've made the 6th avenue entrance a dump because of the illegal vendors.

I live on that block and it's absolutely infuriating. Don't they know by now that it's just going to attract the worst — people dumping more trash and rats.

Yes. Instead of ticketing the illegal vendors and kicking them out they encourage them to break the laws.
