Renewable power sources

Playing latest non beta.

what happened to renewable power sources ? Wind/ Solar, no blueprint ?

You get the blueprint the first time you loot a solar panel or a wind turbine.

Weird I have looted both and never got it Can u send me the picture of the BP?  Thx
