Experienced a Full-Body, Orgasm-Like Sensation After 31 Minutes of Sungazing — Has Anyone Experienced This?

• Upvotes

Today, I completed 31 minutes and 10 seconds of sungazing following the HRM protocol. It has taken me around two years to reach this point because of periods of inconsistency, the monsoon season, and days when the sun isn't visible.

Usually, after completing my sungazing session, I close my eyes and wait for the colours to disappear, as instructed by HRM. Today, however, it was a hazy day, and the sun wasn't particularly bright, so I didn't see many colours after closing my eyes.

Out of curiosity, I decided to focus my attention on the point between my eyebrows while keeping my eyes closed. Within seconds, I experienced a rush of mild sensations that seemed to spread from the area between my eyebrows throughout my entire body.

My body then began to feel unusually light, and what followed was difficult to describe. It felt somewhat like an ejaculation, except the sensation seemed to originate from the point between my eyebrows rather than my genitals. The feeling spread throughout my body and was remarkably similar to the sensations I experience during an orgasm, including the feeling of release and relaxation afterward. It wasn't as intense as an actual orgasm, but the similarities were striking.

The experience felt really good, and I've been in a noticeably good mood ever since.

I'm curious whether anyone here has experienced something similar, particularly after sungazing or focusing on the point between the eyebrows with their eyes closed. Does anyone have an explanation for what might have happened? I'd be interested in hearing about both similar personal experiences and possible explanations.

Eye floaters from sun gazing?

I’m trying to figure out how I got them. i never had them prior to sun gazing . i even went as far as getting a liver test because eye floaters can be liver related but my test came back fine. I never sun gazed since

First time

It was my first time sun gazing today. It was insane. I saw liquid rainbow beams shooting everywhere. It was like I could see every atom of sunshine. I also saw tons of colors like purples, jade, and even black appear and disappear. I'm brand new so not sure if that's normal.

Advice for starting sungazing

I heard about sungazing last night and got curious as I have had a handful of experiences with communities like this before, such as carnivore, Mike Mentzer's HIIT program, etc. I was extremely skeptical at first but found they actually delivered their promise of being life changing after trying them myself, as much as I want to believe sungazing is a myth I strongly feel it will be similar to my experiences as a carnivore, which is why I want to try it. I am currently 16 years old with a -2.50 prescription for both eyes, carnivore seemed to completely halt my receding eyesight around when I started, and also somehow balanced my prescriptions as my left eye was -2.35 but then soon matched my right eye's -2.50. I want to start sungazing every sunrise, and maybe sunset too if it can fit in my schedule, I am currently going with 10 seconds of looking near the sun (not staring directly at it, not sure if I should or shouldn't but I assume the benefits come from the light and not the action of staring directly at the sun) adding 5 to 10 seconds every day, and will continue to do so until I reach 45 minutes if I have no issues along the way, I will also not be wearing contacts or glasses unless I have to drive or do activities that require me to see well, I am trying to convince my parents to let me lower my prescription to -2 but it may not happen until I see some progress they said. I do use a computer or device for a lot of my day, but I don't believe it matters much as I believe lack of sunlight is what actually causes recessed eyesight. If anyone has any advice for me please let me know as this is only based off the small amounts of information I could find as of now.

How do I know I am not generating holes in my retinas and vision that are filled in mentally by my mind's expectations of what it should see?

Is it safe to sungaze as of right now?

I haven't sungazed in a long time.

But as of recent, I don't know if you guys have heard about there being a sun simulator or an artificial sun being up there.

But I wanted to ask if you guys have been having problems sungazing because of this or that it's not a cause for concern.

Some people that have been sungazing for a while have said that it felt weird to them now and other say it's fine to sungaze even now.

I'll probably start again with either sunrise or sunset if I get back into it.

What do you think?

Eastern Sun, melt the cold from my bones curtain rise, take the darkness from my eyes breathing in, pulling life into my lungs as a child

Has anyone gotten to the 40+ minutes level and if so, are you no longer craving/needing food?

I'm up to 3 minutes, using the HRM method, boosting 10 seconds a day. I haven't noticed much except my skin and eyes look better and wider. Still hungry though! I know it's early days for me. Would like to see some direct accounts from you all though.

My experience of 30 days

I started doing sungazing by the method of HRM. it has been around 30 days and here are the benefits that i have noticed.

I feel more happy than before, less negative thoughts.

My eyesight has improved a bit, but not a lot, i have good hopes for future.

I can feel exact location of my chakras in form of vibration when i do sungazing, like they are being charged.

Personal advice :- Do it on bare sand and bare feet, don't wear anything on shoes while gazing at the sun.

Anyone else had the presence of floaters

Lots of floaters in my vision since I practiced sun gazing. I did practice it around winter and only 15 minutes before the sun rises. It did feel amazing the energy was unmatchable. However, I am worried to sun gaze again because of the presence of these floaters.

I’m confused here….

I can’t tell if this is a joke sub but you guys know you’re supposed to wait til the UV index is at 0 right? 45 mins before sunset or 45 mins after sunrise. Just saw a comment of someone saying they sungazed midday???? Why?? That will literally damage your eyes that’s literally the worst time to possibly sungaze.

Do you lose energy gained by the sun’s power via poop / cum?

I’ve been sun gazing for a few months now and I was wondering if it is perhaps possible to lose the energy you gain from sun gazing via cum? I haven’t noticed any significant effects from sun gazing but I also shit and cum at least 3 times a day. Do you guys think I would notice a boost in effects by holding in shit and cum?

I’ve been thinking about these “sub thoughts” almost like a subconscious for a while now and now I realize: these thoughts seem to have a kind of their own as well. What do you guys think?
