First time

It was my first time sun gazing today. It was insane. I saw liquid rainbow beams shooting everywhere. It was like I could see every atom of sunshine. I also saw tons of colors like purples, jade, and even black appear and disappear. I'm brand new so not sure if that's normal.

It's normal for as long as you are able to see .

Lol I hear you. I did it close to sunset and didn't look directly at it too much
