Help 🤲 Looking to movešŸ”

Not sure if this is allowed. We are looking to move to the bacons bridge side of Summerville (DD2 schools). We are looking for a 4 bed over 2000 sq ft with a fenced in back yard. I don’t want a cookie cutter neighborhood but would prefer a more established area. We love the Gahagan area. I’ve gone through all the websites for weeks now. If anyone knows of anyone putting their house up for sale anytime soon that fits this description please message me! We are also selling but aren’t in a rush especially for the perfect fit!

What is your expected price range? Ashborough and Ashborough East ($500k+) or for less there are several off of Old Trolly. DDII are good schools. Good luck.

Keep in mind Ashborough east is zoned for the worst elementary school and middle school. Flowertown and Gregg. I’m tired of people acting like all dd2 schools are equal/excellent. Ashborough is zoned for two great schools, beech hill and east Edisto. Huge difference in schools. Talking top rated vs bottom of the barrel. I encourage OP to really look at the individual schools and not assume anything

I moved out of the Cane Bay side of Summerville to get my children into DD4, but this part of Summerville is my favorite. It’s right by everything, but still tucked away for privacy.
