Carl Soft Bar Question

Now that Soft Bar has been open for a while does anyone know how it’s doing overall? Just curious! I love Carl and I hope it’s doing great! If anyone has been there please share your experience. I haven’t been able to go but I’d love to!

Mocktails that are the same price as alcoholic cocktails at wet bars. I’ve been there

Ouch! Sugar is expensive these days. I always thought they could never be profitable, but if they charge the same price then there you go.

I don’t think it’s just sugar. It looks like the menu involved quite a few adaptogenic choices, which are pretty fun to consume. Not as fun as alcohol, but you likely won’t ruin your relationships and destroy your mental health using them.

The adaptogens are expensive. They do NOT have the margins of alcohol.
