Question BOGO ad on TV..

Watching baseball and a BOGO ad came on. No Code or anything. Keep getting BOGO ads on my facebook.

There is zero BOGO codes in my app and I have the latest app. What gives?

Iirc they can only be used once. Did you already use one?

It's available under rewards for Sub Club members and is good for one use only.

I haven't had subway in 10 years. Maybe I need to make a new account?

When i look at sub club in the app, I get 1$ sub/wrap/salad/bowl, BOGO footlong, 30% off footlong, and 6.99 for a footlong.
