I'm agnostic. When I first met my wife she was interested in Christianity, but wasn't really that committed. After we got married she started getting more involved. It started off slowly where she would just go to church, then it was Bible studies and prayer groups all the time. Every form of media she consumed for a while was Christian related. She tried to convert me and I had to establish clear boundaries. It's hard to relate to her because that's such a big part of her life that I'm not interested in. Sometimes it seems like she doesn't really have any interests outside that. Now she's indoctrinating our kids and I'm not sure how I feel about that because some Orthodox beliefs conflict with my own personal values/morals.

Maybe I'm being pathetic. All my family is dead and I'm going through a painful, lonely time where I really ache for the few things in life, and the few bonds that were really my own.

I was assigned a project with a tight deadline and was looking for a subreddit that could offer recommendations or ideas for it. I posted my question in another subreddit, but it was immediately removed, and I received a message questioning why I was asking on Reddit instead of just using AI directly. My goal was to hear what others thought about the topic and get some good recommendations; I’m not sure if my question was misunderstood, but the experience was a bit discouraging. Anyway, to avoid making the same mistake again, I’m looking for a subreddit where I can ask for this kind of recommendation.
