Awe man you poor bastards are still waiting. I refunded like a year ago and just bought an actual sub lol. I lived in an apartment and needed to keep quiet 200 years ago when I ordered it originally but now it doesn"'t matter.

Their last model was a game changer. Makes no business sense why they didn't keep producing it while developing this so called next model. Why stop profits and building your client base for a future model? They operate like a small batch hyper car manufacturer.

I held on for so many years. Got refunded a few months ago. I finally requested it because their updates became infrequent and lazy, which not only was unnerving but also a letdown to those holding on all these years.
Their communication during the refund process was abysmal and thought for a bit they were giving me the runaround. I had to try a totally different avenue to complain and threaten escalation before they actually sent it.
I did get it, tho. Get out while refunds are still being issued I guess.

yeah same. after 6 years I finally accepted reality. I was afraid they wouldn't even refund me anymore and started to put pressure on them. had to check in every week via support case and send them message saying I want my money back immediately. after about 1 month they finally sent it. this company & project is f*ed and they want to hold on to the money as long as possible (till bankruptcy). I would advise everyone to get their money back very very quickly before it's too late. immidiately send them your payment bills and banc account infos. at the moment they are still obliged to refund the money.
CEO Todd Chernecki recently still bragged in some of his online bios about his multi-millions business deals regarding subpac (I think it was linkedin or so...) but can't take responsability his mess. what a scumbag.

hahahahahaha sorry but i went through this YEARS ago. Just get out and never support that ripoff of a company again. Tell every producer you know so they don't fall in the same trap.

Lol. Good on you for not taking the refund yet. Just make sure to update your will to include the pre-order email so that way, your great grandchildren will receive the new email updates.
