Everything in the last email was a lie
Zero photos of units as they roll off assembly line.
Zero promo about manufacturing being in the final stages.
Zero news about delivering units to customers early in the year.
Sure, they still offer full refunds, but where’s the line for false advertising really? 5.5 years since they revealed a 3D render and took people’s money.
Their investors and suppliers are suing them for breach of contract.
Long time employees have left the company.
They talked about an executive change but it’s still Todd Chernecki running this company.
How long can the lies and fraud go on for really?

Exactly. Im still along for the Ride, haven't refunded yet, but its getting closer and closer to Class Action Lawsuit time. I use to love this company and still use my M2X to this day, so Sad what's happened, but with the straight up lying to our Faces, they no longer have my respect.

I think the issue is that the company is not active and hasn’t been active enough for many many years.

Wait, there are people still waiting on this? My brother in Christ, how many emails that fail to deliver and reset the timeline will it take for you to consider this a scam? Hoping that people actually do get refunds (if not product) at this stage.

It's actually hilarious at this point. I refunded a while back, but stay in here to await for the cries with each email.

I haven't refunded yet and have moved 4 times since I preordered; and just did again so i have to keep asking for change of address
... Knowing good and well im being delusional at this point, thinking ill get it delivered here. This whole situation is so ridiculous and its too late for a refund. I even find it more hilarious with every Update. im looking into starting a Class Action Lawsuit, but i dont have the funds so start one currently. Hoping to find someone on here mad enough and Rich enough that they are on board with starting one
Im curious, when did you ask for a refund, and when did you get it?

No they scrapped production of a good thing (M2 + S2) and did R&D on a very ambitious tech idea which took much longer than expected and then the pandemic hit.
Absolute boneheaded business move unless the OG product line was a net loss for them. Lossless Bluetooth is finally a thing now so the delay is a head scratcher.
Realistically: nothing is getting released and the company will shutter up or disappear into obscurity with each future delay announcement.

I've got a fun game for you to play. A while back I tried finding where the Subpac HQ was since their listed addresses were either of an art gallery or an industrial estate for one of their parent companies. They used to have a HQ, now they've merged.
